Will the WOKENESS claim another victim?

I knew it wouldn’t take long. Seen today in a Substack that wormed its way into my feed, and the response was immediate.
But I wonder what the next move will be seeing as how the cultural tide seems to be turning.

No names here but look at this:
”Substack has Nazis, because of course it does. Substack is on the internet, Nazis are on the internet, and if Substack doesn’t want Nazis it has to take affirmative steps to get rid of them. Flies don’t stop coming into the house because you want them to; they stop because you get off the couch and close the screen door. Any social media or blogging platform faces this. Substack may attract more Nazis than average because Substack has a “okay you don’t agree with me now but what if I wrote another 8,000 words about it” vibe. 2023 Nazis have a very “I didn’t have this insight until I read The Fountainhead for the sixth time, let me elaborate” thing going. Say what you want about the 1939 Nazis, but at least they were occasionally terse.”

This comes from an attorney and civil litigator in Los Angeles. Where else?
The whole article is in response to: “Hamish McKenzie has now responded with a post confirming that it’s not going to moderate Nazis.”

So, what do we have here? An establishment-suit from the far-left Marxist enclave of America is asking for writers to be deplatformed because they are “Nazis”.

I promise that I read through the article but nowhere did the author explain WHAT A NAZI IS! And remember, this is a criminal defence lawyer.

All the way through the article he calls for Substack to demonetize writers deemed to be from…from where. Kennedy Jnr is now deemed to be on the right of politics…I’m sure Bill Maher will be next…so where does that place me?

I’m hoping that this piece does not break any of Substacks guidelines that is not my intention, but I’ve been inside Facebook and Twitter jail so many times that the I once had a parking spot in the courtyard. I’ve been banned from Linkedin (yes, Linkedin) because I kept responding to criticisms of President Trump and Brexit in a similar manner to the replies I received. (I wonder if my detractors were banned?) Of course I later learned that one of Linkedin’s founders was a major donor to the Democrat party)

Is The Tide Turning?
And so to Substack, thank you for your stance against censorship, propaganda and the collaboration between the left and the media swamp. The cultural tide is turning though whether it will be enough to avoid the chaos (and potential wars) of the next twelve months will have to be seen.

WOKE companies are feeling the pinch, no doubt. But let’s nail who Nazis are…collaborators between the military/industrial complex, goverment and the media. Wow…doesn’t that describe the Washington swamp of Democrats and RINOs?
